Retailers have been using mobile applications to streamline their supply chain. Bar code readers, and RFID tags and scanners are a common sight at most retail shops and warehouses. As with any technology, careful planning needs to be taken when deploying wireless or mobile applications.

And as Bossini Enterprises' Head of IT and Supply Chain, Andrew Ling, will attest to, implementing a mobile strategy across the business is no easy task. In this video he shares his experience and offers advice on how to mitigate risks when it comes to deploying mobile applications in the supply chain.
