The economic downturn has put greater spotlight on the need to better manage public spending and deliver improved service to the public. This is why governments have continued to push IT modernization on top of their agenda so as to improve their internal processes and infrastructure. In this article, CA will talk about how Lean IT is applied to governments and the factors taken into consideration when implementing a Lean IT strategy.
