The economic crisis continues to challenge businesses worldwide. Outsource service providers have remained positive during the turbulent times of late 2008 and today. Despite some early concerns about the potential negative impact of the Obama administration's plans to curve outsourcing spend by US companies, Asia-based outsourcing vendors believe the financial disincentives against offshoring are not sufficient to deter companies from looking to Asia to improve customer service while reducing operating costs.
