Bossini has become a leading fashion retailer in Asia-Pacific with over 1,000 stores in 30 countries. A key metric for its success is complete visibility of its business and operational processes. The company has chosen to adopt Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as the platform from which to develop new applications that power its business processes.

Upon transforming to a service-oriented architecture (SOA), Bossini could synchronize real-time data from multiple orders, shipments and stock-keeping units (SKUs) across its Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Warehouse Management System (WMS) inventory.

This paper looks at how Bossini overcame its challenges using webMethods ESB and achieve outstanding performance even as it continues to expand its market reach across the Asia Pacific region.
