Insights into Credit Suisse’s digital private banking business

In an interview with Euromoney, UBS Wealth Management CEO, Juerg Zeltner reflecting on the changes impacting the financial industry globally, noted that "I actually think the wealth management sector has dealt with historic change too. Three years on achieving excellence in customer experience remains at the center of private banking digital transformation initiatives, even as institutions grapple with the challenges of driving transformational change across the enterprise.

In an exclusive interview with Fintech Innovation, Francois Monnet, managing director and Head of Private Banking, Greater China at Credit Suisse AG, shares his views on how wealth management is shifting as the millennials mature, the under-penetrated market that is Asia, and the opportunities for both Credit Suisse and the private banking industry as a whole to serve the growing high net worth population of Asia.
